Manuel Sepúlveda

Software engineer · backend, applied cryptography and security

I build backends and smart contracts where signatures, privacy and data provenance matter.

Projects

  1. Nodus

1st place, University Track, at Find Your Way Hackathon. On testnet, a cycle of 20 businesses settled in a single transaction with 20 passkey signatures.

    Year: 2026. Status: done

  2. Pulso Fiscal

MVP with Senate data since 2021: every datum keeps its source URL, capture date and SHA-256 hash. Paused since June 2026.

    Year: 2026. Status: paused

  3. Pulso Urbano

Working prototype in 54 hours, team of 4: a Santiago map with communes, trips between communes and noise, plus an impact comparator by transport mode.

    Year: 2026. Status: done

  4. Password manager

Saved passwords reach the server only encrypted, and sharing one never shows the server its text. Known limitations are documented.

    Year: 2024. Status: done

In progress: Salud Hub brings together data from Garmin, Hevy, Zepp Life and food logs, with an AI coach on top that reads them and reaches out first. It runs locally; I’ll publish the repo when it’s ready.
